Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Free from odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@rescuelegs.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the item was marked as final sale, it cannot be returned or refunded

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us at customerservice@rescuelegs.com and we’ll help you with an exchange if the item is in stock.
